Astronomy Outreach
The talk on Astronomy was held at Canara Engineering College, Benjanapadavu on 24th May, 2023. The event was conducted jointly by Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering and Department of Computer Science and Business Systems under IEEE Mangalore Subsection. Teh talk was about fundamentals of Astronomy and Astrophotography, the different equipment and techniques used.
Myoelectric Gesture to Speech Translator
A prototype of a Human Machine Interface was developed for recognizing Gestures from EMG patterns using AI and translate it to speech.
EMG Pattern Recognition from Spectrogram
A deep learning model was developed to recognize gestures from EMG data spectrogram. The results of the project were presented at the 7th International Conference on Information and Communication Technology for Intelligent Systems, Ahmedabad on April 27th.
Upskilling and Internship Program
Trained over 120 students till date and provided internships meeting the academic criteria of student and institutions. Students are trained with the fundamentals and advanced skills enabling them to use it practically in their internship project enabling them to be ready to take up work in the industry. Training is provided in Python, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, MongoDB, T-SQL, Java Springboot, API Development and React NodeJS
