Because it is delivered digitally as a licence key rather than\r\nas a physical product, this policy explains when a refund is available. There\r\nis nothing to ship or physically return.\r\n\r\n<strong>Try before you buy<\/strong>\r\n&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;-\r\nWe offer a free trial of StarFlow so you can evaluate the full application on\r\nyour own equipment before purchasing. We encourage you to use the trial to\r\nconfirm StarFlow meets your needs, as it is the best way to decide whether the\r\nsoftware is right for you.\r\n\r\n<strong>14-day refund<\/strong>\r\n&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;-\r\nIf StarFlow does not function substantially as described, you may request a\r\nrefund within 14 days of your purchase. To request a refund, email us at\r\ninfo.flashflowtech@gmail.com with your licence key and order reference, and a\r\ndescription of the problem you experienced. We may ask for details to help us\r\nreproduce or resolve the issue.\r\n\r\nIf your refund is approved, we will process it to your original payment method\r\nthrough our payment gateway, Razorpay. Once approved, the associated licence key\r\nwill be deactivated and can no longer be used.\r\n\r\n<strong>What is not eligible for a refund<\/strong>\r\n&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;\r\nBecause StarFlow is licensed digital software delivered instantly, refunds are\r\ngenerally not available in the following cases:\r\n\r\n* Requests made more than 14 days after purchase.\r\n* A change of mind, or a purchase made without first evaluating the free trial,\r\nwhere the software otherwise functions as described.\r\n* Problems caused by hardware, operating systems, or third-party software\r\noutside StarFlow, or by system requirements not being met.\r\n* Licence keys that have been shared, resold, or used in breach of the End User\r\nLicence Agreement.\r\n\r\nNothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under the consumer-\r\nprotection laws that apply to you.
